Paul is a board-level creative who's helped ambitious startups disrupt the current market. Previously, he’s held senior leadership posts at some of the world’s most progressive creative agencies—including IMG/WME, McCann breakaway Story, and mcgarrybowen/Dentsu Aegis in London and helping the brands such as Lexus, Diet Coke, Pernod Ricard, Mondelēz, Unilever, Fashion Week and the BBC. In addition to working with established brands Paul is actively involved in the media and tech startup community in areas of leadership, investment, advisory and seminar speaking. Additionally Paul has assisted startups to get funded, listed and featured in the mainstream media such as The Wall Street Journal and Wired. Paul has awards spanning advertising, film, emerging media and the Arts; from Cannes Lions to the prestigious Clermont-Ferrand, from Arts Councils to Oprah.

Paul joined Pallas in 2017 as Creative Leadership Consultant.
